STELLA PROJECT TRAINING UPDATE

 

 

6th Sep & 29 Nov (2 day course): Working Effectively with Drugs and Alcohol: Practical Guidance for Domestic Violence Managers COST: £150 (VOL), £199 (STAT)

Practice orientated course with the aims of supporting domestic violence organisations to develop their services for survivors who have problematic substance use. 

 

28th Sep: Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training for domestic violence workers COST: £75 (VOL), £100 (STAT)

 

13th Oct: Safety Planning Workshop (half day)

COST: £50 (vol), £70 (stat) 
Led by Davina James-Hanman of the Greater London Domestic Violence Project, this workshop is for drug, alcohol and domestic violence workers who wish to develop their skills in safety planning for women who are experiencing domestic violence and problematic substance use. In order to participate, domestic violence workers should have attended a training in drugs and alcohol awareness and drug/alcohol workers should have attended a training in domestic violence awareness.
