Campaigning in the Charity Sector - Free Seminar
Earlier this year, nfpSynergy, People & Planet and the Sheila
McKechnie Foundation conducted research into the current climate for
campaigning.
We are holding a seminar to present the results of this research, as
well as new data on the public's attitudes to campaigning. We have
also invited a panel of experienced campaigners to give us their
thoughts on how we can encourage and embed campaigning and active
citizenship into the heart of the charity sector and government
thinking.
This meeting is the next stage in our dialogue about how we can create
a climate in which campaigning can thrive (Ben Jupp from the Office of
the Third Sector will be there to listen to the discussion) and we
would very much like to invite you to the seminar to give us your
views. The seminar is free but places are limited so please respond
quickly, as places will be on a first come, first served basis.
