ChangeUp Consultation - Online and Regional Events
Welcome to Destination 2014

The overall vision for the ChangeUp programme is to see a transformed
voluntary and community sector.

Capacitybuilders wants to hear the views of the third sector,
particularly on the priorities it should adopt to meet its vision and
strategic objectives for 2014.

These priorities are laid out in the consultation document
'Destination 2014'. Printed copies of this are available from
Capacitybuilders by phone or email or you can read and download from
this consultation website http://www.destination2014.org.uk. You can
also feed your comments into the consultation via this website.

Consultation on this document is vital for us in developing the route
to achieve our vision for the ChangeUp programme. We would be grateful
if you could take some time in reading the 'Destination 2014' document
and in answering the questions.

We would of course also like to hear your views on any part of the
document. You can also email to info at capacitybuilders.org.uk or

The consultation runs from 7th December 2006 to 30th March 2007.

Regional Consultation Events

This consultation will run until the end March 2007 and regional
consultation events have been organised in the new year for ChangeUp
Consortia, infrastructure organisations and other organisations with
an interest in capacity building to feed in their views.

These events will also provide information and an excellent networking
opportunity for local, sub regional and regional consortia members and
interested infrastructure agencies. The consultation was launched on 7
December 2006 at the RAF Museum in North London. The regional
consultation dates are:
* South East - 30 January 2007, Oxford (venue TBC) (2nd Date to be
arranged and venue to be arranged for South East.)
* London - 5 February 2007, Kings Fund, Cavendish Square
* East Midlands - 6 February (location/venue TBC)
* South West - 8 February 2007, Taunton Rugby Club
* Yorkshire and the Humber - 9 February 2007 (venue TBC)
* West Midlands - 20 February 2007, Birmingham (venue TBC)
* North West - 27 February 2007, Preston (event/venue TBC)
* East of England - 1st March 2007, Newmarket Racecourse
