Part of the Discrimination Unit Training Programme

Overview of the new Maternity rules taking effect as of April 2007
coupled with recent Family Rights case law developments.
* Aim: To assist the adviser when advising parents with how to apply
the new laws.
* Level: Beginners/Intermediate
* CPD Hours: 3
* Tutor: Beverley Reid Solicitor

Cost per course (includes buffet lunch & refreshments)
* £150 Private sector,
* £100 Voluntary sector/Trade Union members
* half day courses are half price
* NO VAT is payable
* Please note that costs are nonnegotiable.

Times of Courses
* One day courses start promptly at 10:00 am and end approximately
5:00 pm. Half day courses last 3 hours and start promptly at either
10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.

Course Accreditation
* Every course is accredited by The Law Society - reference CBR/LRDU
for 6 CPD hours one day or 3 CPD hours half day.
