[WiLT] IMECE_Gender based Violence Conference on 21st of May

Dear all,

 

IMECE Turkish Speaking Women's group hosts a free conference titled "Are We
Included: Representation of BME Women in Gender based Violence Policies and
Service Provision" on 21.05.08. 

 

This full day national conference will examine local and national policies
on gender based violence and the level of representation of Black and
Minority Ethnic (BME) women in policy planning and service delivery. This
conference will bring key people in policy-making processes, service
providers, BME organizations, police, lawyers and researchers together to
develop strategies to promote inclusion of BME women at all levels and
improve their access to services and the legal system.
