Thank you for your interest in the new Special Interest Group (SIG)
for Women CEO's, the response has been overwhelming and we are now
giving some thought how to take this forward with such great numbers.
I will be arranging a couple of initial meetings for us in the New
Year, probably in February, to get together to explore our agendas
further - probably one in London and one in the north.

Whilst the call for this SIG came after the worrying results from the
ACEVO Pay Survey, there are a number of other concerns that we have
been asked to consider, including:

The pay differentials
Women as Chairs and Trustees
Young women CEO's - succession planning
The glass ceiling

If you have any further items, do please let me know, I look forward
to hearing from you.

I am keen not to duplicate any other initiative and work with others
where appropriate, so will be gathering more information before we
meet.

We will be in touch early 2009 with plans to take this SIG forward,
