Andy Ludlow Homelessness Awards 2008 £500-£10,000 Apply by 10th June
Now in its tenth year, this is the country's leading homelessness
awards with prize money of £26,000 - £10,000 going to the outright
winner, £5,000 going to each of the three runners up and £500 going to
each of the two short listed projects.
The awards are open to registered social landlords, housing and social
service departments, NHS trusts, and voluntary organisations in
London.
Run by London Councils on behalf of the capital's 33 boroughs, the
awards are sponsored by London Housing Foundation, the government's
department for Communities and Local Government and Shelter.
The panel of judges will look for evidence of work that improves
services to homeless people, prevents homelessness or tackles
disadvantage caused by homelessness.
