[WiLT] Quick list admin message: explanation of extra / repeat postings

Dear All

Should have sent round this message of explaination on wednesday -
sorry if anyone was confused by some of the info we circulated.

We have now deleted the WiLT blog that we used to have but now no
longer use at basically it duplicated the info sent via this list.

However some of the info on the blog aer still relevant ie they are
rolling programmes etc..

So that we can still give links to this information in our funding
calendar on women in london we are re-posting to this list.

We have also taken the opportunity to make sure details are still
correct etc..
