The training on Friday is about the changing funding and commissioning
climate and its impact on specialist BAMER DV services like yours.

You will have a chance to hear from and ask questions to experts who
have been
working to sustain services in our sector.   This training will
provide invaluable information such as:
- preparing tenders and how best to present your specialist service to
a commissioner
- Negotiating funding and presenting a case for specialism and
independence
- Strategies for surviving existing funding and commissioning
challenges in the VCS sector
- Challenging local authority decisions
- Case study on sustaining women-only services....

There will also be a network meeting after the training.
