Dear Colleague

I am writing to ask for your help in putting together an exciting new
training programme for carers, funded by the Department of Health.

We are conducting research to help us build up an accurate picture of
training currently available to carers. Your response to our
questionnaire will help shape the development of the new programme and
allow you to express an interest in becoming a grant-funded provider
of the new training.
